We welcome members and guests alike to join the Mississippi Rural Health Association for its 25th Anniversary Mississippi Rural Health Conference, to be held on November 19-20, 2020. The conference will be available as a virtual conference, with an in-person component available for networking on Friday, November 20th at the Hilton Jackson.

Virtual vs. in-person options
The conference will be 100% virtual this year. However, we are also offering an optional in-person session that will live stream the conference on Friday, November 20, 2020 at the Hilton Jackson. We will have a light lunch and then view the conference using physical distancing guidelines. Space will naturally be limited for the in-person opportunity. The benefit to attending the in-person session is to see colleagues face-to-face and gain additional networking opportunities.
Access Information
Attendees will be supplied with login information the week of the conference via e-mail in addition to other conference resources.

Care Package
Each conference attendee will receive a special ‘care package’ in the mail prior to the conference containing information from vendors, conference materials, MRHA promotional items, and a gift card to help pay for your lunch or a snack as you view! Note: this will be mailed to the address that we have on file, and/or the one that you used in your event registration. To request a different address, e-mail Ryan Kelly at ryan.kelly@mississippirural.org. In addition, this care package will not be mailed to attendees who selected the in-person option, as these items will be supplied to you at check-in.
Exhibitors and Sponsors
We will offer virtual vendor options for this conference, including both general exhibitors and sponsors. Both exhibitors and sponsors will have an opportunity to pre-record a 3-5 minute promo video that will be displayed during the conference. In addition, sponsors will be recognized for their contribution level and given additional opportunities for promotion before, during, and after the conference.
