Programs

The Mississippi Rural Health Association leads projects and programs statewide in order to provide support and improvement of the healthcare system.  Quality health in rural Mississippi is essential consider the fact that our state is among the most rural in the nation.  Most of our citizens live and work in rural areas, and they require quality healthcare in those areas in order to keep them healthy and vibrant.

Our projects and programs are selected and run in order to provide professional training for providers, to conduct research and assessment of health outcomes and quality, to determine areas of critical need, and to provide outreach to citizens for health needs.
